  At Exclusivestan, we carefully prepare and pack each order to ensure your products reach you safely. Our products are handmade shipped either from Pakistan or from our print-on-demand production partners' facilities in other regions like US/EU.

   

  We offer shipping within Pakistan as well as international shipping to selected countries.

  Shipping Within Pakistan

  Orders shipped within Pakistan are delivered through our available local delivery partners.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery service.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders within Pakistan, subject to availability.

  International Shipping

  We ship our products internationally from Pakistan to selected countries.

  International shipping availability, delivery options, and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the destination.

• Fulfillment Locations

  Exclusivestan orders are fulfilled from more than one location, depending on the product:

  • Handmade home decor and kitchen essentials are made and shipped by us from Pakistan.
  • Print-on-demand products (such as printed apparel and printed home items) are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand production partners. These items are currently produced and shipped mainly from facilities in the United States, and depending on the destination and partner availability, an order may be produced and shipped from another partner facility or region.
  • If an order contains both handmade and print-on-demand items, the items may be shipped separately, in different packages, with separate tracking, and may arrive at different times.
  • Print-on-demand items are made to order, so production time is required before dispatch, in addition to the delivery time.

  Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

  All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where DDP service is available.

  For eligible international destinations, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related destination charges are included in the price paid at checkout.

  This means customers should not normally be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when their order is delivered.

  Exclusivestan will manage the applicable customs and import charges as part of the DDP shipping service.

  Please note that DDP availability may depend on the destination country and the shipping service available for that destination.

  Delivery Times

  Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping service, customs processing, and other factors.

  Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available.

  Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Operational disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

  Order Processing

  Orders are carefully prepared and packed before dispatch.

  As our products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

  Any applicable processing or estimated dispatch time will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process where available.

  Tracking

  Tracking information will be provided for every order, whether shipped within Pakistan or internationally.

  Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you within 48 to 72 hours maximum.

  Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  Customs, Duties & Taxes

  For international orders shipped under DDP, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related destination charges are included in the price paid at checkout.

  Customers should not normally be required to make an additional payment for customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

  However, customers remain responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

  Additional costs may arise if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

  • The customer refuses or fails to accept the shipment

  • The customer requests a reshipment

  • Additional charges arise due to circumstances caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

  Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

  Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

  Any additional customs duties, taxes, shipping charges, or other costs resulting from reshipment may also be the customer's responsibility.

  Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

  If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, if available.

  We will investigate the shipment with the relevant shipping carrier and work with them to determine the status of the package and the appropriate resolution.

  Delivery delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may take additional time to resolve.

  Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept an international shipment and the package is returned to us, any additional costs associated with the return and/or reshipment may be the customer's responsibility.

  Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

  Shipping Restrictions

  International shipping is currently available only to selected countries and destinations.

  Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product, carrier restrictions, and applicable import regulations.

  If shipping is not available to your location, the destination may not be available for checkout.
