Order Processing Time

  • You will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over PKR 4000 qualify for free delivery within Pakistan.

Delivery Times

  • Karachi (Same City): 1–2 business days via Pakistani Courier.

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days via Pakistani Courier

Customers can choose to pay the full order amount via bank transfer before shipping for faster order dispatch

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can choose to pay the full order amount on doorstep.

 

Important: Orders will only be processed once the advance (for prepaid) has been received and verified. Please share your payment proof with us via WhatsApp or email after completing the transfer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can monitor your order status directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at exclusivestan.com@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

  • We will investigate the matter and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
