Returns:
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return procedure for the original item and place a new order for the desired piece.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
